Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase; however, if you would like to return your items for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. 

We accept returns on unused products. We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances. All returns MUST have a valid RMA number. 

Returns due to personal preference will undergo a 15% restocking fee. Returns in exchange for Olofly store credit will never incur a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. File a Return online, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label (the postage cost will be subtracted from your refund), or ship the item back on your own. 

Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days. Please allow 2-5 days for your bank to clear the funds.

IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES BROKEN

If the item is lost or damaged in transit, then, please contact Route Package Protection service at https://claims.route.com/ for a free replacement or refund.
We encourage everyone purchase Route Package Protection service at checkout to get coverage against package loss, theft, or damage in transit.

If you receive a defective item, OLOFLY will replace it at no cost. Notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery with an order number and a few photos of the packaging and item(s). We’ll take care of the rest. 
We may request that you send back the original defective item at no extra cost (we’ll provide a prepaid label). 

Damaged item claims must be made via [email protected].

If you would like to EXCHANGE an item, we will issue an RMA number to send back the original. You will be refunded store credit, which you may use to order a different item of your choice.

If you received the wrong item, contact support to get it corrected as quickly as possible.

If your package is returned to the sender due to an INVALID ADDRESS, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage. If your package was returned to the sender, please get in touch with support via [email protected]
