Refund and Returns Policy

We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of receiving your order.  We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances.

Returns due to personal preference will undergo a 15% restocking fee. Returns in exchange for Olofly store credit will never incur a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. File a Return online, and we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label (the postage cost will be subtracted from your refund), or ship the item back on your own. 

Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days. Please allow 2-5 days for your bank to clear the funds.

Any purchases falling outside of our Return Policy are considered final and non-refundable. Should you have any inquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team via email at [email protected].

For purchases made from olofly.com, if you receive an incorrect, damaged (excluding damage incurred during shipping), unusable, or missing item from your order, you may qualify for a refund provided OLOFLY is notified within 48 hours of delivery.
When contacting please provide an order number, a short description of an issue, and also a video/photo representing the issue in details.
Requests for returns or exchanges will not be considered if contact isn’t made within 48 hours of the order being received.

Alternatively, at the checkout you have the option to purchase the Olofly Extended Warranty service, which extends the notification period to 14 days instead of 48 hours. Please be aware that when reaching out to us, you’ll be required to provide a photo of the packing slip, the product itself, and the shipping box displaying the shipping label.

If your package is returned to the sender due to an INVALID ADDRESS, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage. If your package was returned to the sender, please get in touch with support via [email protected]
